Viewers and Plug-ins

There are two optional plug-ins that you will probably want to install:

• Multi-File Uploader plug-in—For uploading multiple files at the same time to ProjectQuest. It will also scan AutoCAD files for attached Xrefs and attempt to upload those as well.

• EasyView plug-in—For viewing and marking up native AutoCAD .dwg files from within your browser.

To install either plug-in, select the Viewers and Plug-ins Node from the left frame. Click the (Web Install) link under the plug-in name.

Please Note: If you experience difficulties with Web Install, select Standard Install. This will copy an .exe file to your local hard drive. After it finishes copying, you will need to double-click on the .exe file to install the plug-in.

Neither the Multi-File Uploader nor the EasyView plug-in are required to use the site but you will not have the capabilities they provide if they aren't installed. The other plug-ins (listed on the web page at right) do NOT need to be installed.
