WebEx "Hosts"

In order to schedule and kick-off a WebEx meeting, you must be a "host" and have a user ID and password for the system. To participate in a meeting that another person starts, you do not need to be a host, you only need to install the WebEx plug-in. To install it, go to http://gfnet.webex.com/webex/, and click the New User? link in the upper left corner.

If you would like to becoming a host, contact Dan Hersh in the Gannett Fleming Harrisburg office. Each division's technical support group has a least one or more WebEx hosts as well. To view a list of people who are WebEx hosts and to get more WebEx help, click here. You will be prompted for your GF Intranet password.

Technical Support

WebEx has a Customer Support Team available to field any technical, training or customer service related questions. They can be contacted at: 1-866-229-3239 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or at support@webex.com.

Training

Training for all registered hosts: We strongly encourage you to take advantage of the WebEx training. Free training classes and learning videos are available for both Meeting Center and Support Center.
